| In this system, we accept and execute export orders ourselves in our company’s name. After arranging production with our integrated manufacturing associates, our supervision, checking and follow-up starts at all stages for ensuring proper quality of merchandise, timely delivery schedule, right packing. Once all is ensured and secured, we take physical possession and title of the goods and make the export shipment under our own company's name. In this case, we quote our FOB India or CIF destination prices inclusive of industry level profit margin for ourselves on the cost of the product. At the same time we ensure that our prices are workable and competitive to the buyer. |

| In this system, our company will take care of the interests of the buyer in product merchandising, organizing production at most competitive prices, ensuring quality of merchandise and timely shipment. We coordinate and oversee the ongoing work and monitor the progress with corrective measures taken wherever required, with different vendors on whom our principal buyer places the orders. In this system of operation, we will be contracting with the buyers for a standard fee, which would be a percentage of the total order value with different vendors. In this activity, our utmost responsibility is to ensure total interest of the buyer. In this kind of transaction, the price of the product will not have any mark-up towards our services. |

In this system, after going online to the portal namely “deoctex-india.com” any end customer can purchase online by selecting from a variety of our products by paying directly through the payment gate by credit card or debit cards. The delivery is done direct to the customers address through reputed courier service. |
