| Normal Delivery time is 60 to 75 Days –(Ex-India) for small and medium volume orders. For large quantities, delivery schedule may be worked out separately. Production is done freshly against each and every order separately on make to order basis. Excepting occasions of having some stock availability, we usually do not hold stock. |

| We ship worldwide. Most orders to be shipped by sea are containerized and custom cleared at Delhi Dry Port and finally shipped from Mumbai (Bombay) port. Orders to be delivered by Air are shipped from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), New Delhi. Please send us an email if you would like to know the sea or air freight rates for your port and country. |

(a) 100% Irrevocable letter of Credit - at Sight (or)
(b) 50% Advance Payment on order placement and balance 50% on presentation of shipment documents at buyer’s bank (DP at SIGHT) (or)
(c) 100% Advance Payment – for small volume orders |

| Minimum order value feasible is USD: 2,500 (US Dollars Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) per order / per shipment. For Heavy /Coarse Items (like Throws, Floor Rugs etc 20 Ft FCL shipment is welcome and considered viable. However, smaller value order is also executed depending on special situations like test order, retail type requirement, sales promo etc, on special terms. |

This varies from item to item, and some times differ according to technical specifications of each design. Exact details could be worked out on knowing about specific item of interest. While production feasibility rests smoothly on larger volume orders, in general following minimum most quantity is required.

| All prices quoted are in US Dollars FOB/INDIA (meaning all transportation charges payable by us up to Indian Port only). C&F Pricing could also be worked out on knowing exact quantity / volume of order.
Volume discounts are available for large orders which vary based on the items /volume ordered. Please request for a specific quote from us based on your requirements. |

| Goods are shipped in standard sea worthy carton packing. In case if there is requirement of special packaging involving Zipper Bags, Photo Inserts or any other fancy packing, it is also done on specific requirement. Cost of such packing will be chargeable extra on actual basis. |

| Samples could be sent by courier in small quantity against Buyer’s Courier Account Number viz: FEDEX /DHL /TNT (courier charges payable by Buyer Account only). Free samples could be sent
